Pay-per-use fees replace merchant credits

• • Merchant credit packs removed. Optional features are now billed per use: $0.05 per SMS order alert and $0.05 per AI menu/inventory photo upload.
• • Manually typing in your menu, inventory, or price sheet is — and always will be — completely free.
• • AI photo uploads now save every item as an unpublished draft — preview, edit and fix anything before it goes live to customers.
• • New Master Fee Structure page listing every merchant, customer, driver, and affiliate fee in one place.
• • Merchant dashboard now shows a running 'you receive' total after all fees, with a full breakdown and an option to switch to instant payouts for 5%.
• • Optional feature fees are now actually deducted from merchant payouts instead of being informational only.
• • The old credit-purchase plumbing is archived and no longer reachable in the app.
• • Security: merchant, driver, and admin pages now verify your role before rendering, so typing a URL directly no longer loads a page you shouldn't see.
