1. Program Description

Airdrop Delivery ("we," "us," "our") sends transactional SMS/text messages to users who opt-in during the checkout process or account onboarding. Messages include order status updates, driver coordination, delivery confirmations, and account verification codes. This is not a marketing SMS program.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent box at checkout or onboarding, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Airdrop Delivery at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is never shared with third parties or sold. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. 3. How You Opt In (Example)

Below is the exact consent block presented to customers at checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default — opting in is always an affirmative action, and consent is never a condition of purchase.

• Driver assigned and en route
• Order delivered or cancelled
• Account phone verification codes
• Driver coordination messages (during active delivery only)

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Airdrop Delivery is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe by contacting us or re-entering your number at checkout.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier liability is disclaimed.
