Merchant Fees
Merchants never pay monthly fees, setup fees, or card-processing fees — and adding your menu or inventory by hand is always free.
Commission — delivery order
20% of item subtotal
Taken from the food/product subtotal only. Delivery fees, platform fees, and tips are paid by the customer and never touch your subtotal.
Commission — self-pickup, paid in app
15% of item subtotal
Lower because no driver is dispatched.
Commission — self-pickup, paid in person
10% of item subtotal
Lowest rate — the customer pays you directly at the counter.
Card / debit processing

Airdrop absorbs all payment processing costs.
SMS order notification
$0.05 per text
Optional advanced feature, off by default. This is exactly what the phone carrier charges us — we add nothing. Added to your fee on the order it relates to. You choose which events text you and cap how many texts a single order may generate, so an order can never surprise you.
Adding your menu, inventory, or price sheet by hand
Always free
Typing in your own items, prices, photos and descriptions — as many as you like, edited as often as you like — never costs anything. Restaurants (menu) and stores/businesses (inventory & price sheet) both add items free of charge, and connecting your POS to import them is free too.
AI menu / product list photo upload
$0.05 per upload
Optional premium shortcut — upload a photo and our AI converts it into listings for you (up to 10 items per upload), saved as drafts you preview and edit before publishing. Covers the AI converting cost and is deducted from your customer payments. Prefer not to pay? Add items by hand for free instead.
Cancelling an order after accepting it

Paid to the driver who was already en route. Not charged if you cancel before accepting.
In-app alerts (chime + read-aloud)

US orders only, at the applicable state rate. Not charged outside the US, where local tax is already in the item price.
Tip
Optional
100% optional. A tip handed to the driver in person is entirely theirs.
Self-pickup
Saves the delivery + mileage fees
And the platform fee too, if you pay in person.
Driver Earnings
Drivers are independent contractors and pay their own income tax — Airdrop does not withhold.
